Join us after work for a 3-5 mile while it is still light outside. Now that the time has changed you don’t have to run in the dark anymore. Come over after work and join the group for a friendly run. Wednesdays at our Sandy Springs location and Thursdays at our Ansley Mall location starting at 6:15pm.
